Package 1 is on a rolling monthly subscription.

Package 2 & 3 are for a minimum term of 3 months, once this is complete they also go on to a rolling monthly subscription that can then be cancelled at any time.

Benefits of Nutrition Coaching

What is nutrition coaching?

Nutrition coaching helps to set out realistic and healthy goals, usually weight loss, muscle gain or for sport performance. I will help you develop a plan, how much to eat and the proportions for each macronutrients. Habit building will be an important part of your plan to help your reach your goal and to maintain it in the future. I also aim to increase your nutrition understanding and knowledge to help you build a healthy relationship with food and keep a sustainable diet moving forward.

 

Who is it for?

Nutrition coaching is for anyone who serious about reaching a health, weight or performance goal. I will help give you advice to improve your understanding of nutrition, guidance on what types of food to eat and help you build a structure for your food plan.

 

Do I need to track my food?

Yes, to achieve your goals it will be important to track your food.  This is can be done by using MyFitnessPal or using the in app food tracker. For some this is a progress and starts with tracking 2-3 days a week, building up to tracking 7 days a week.

 

Why is there a minimum term signing up?

Making a significant change to your life and changing your dietary habits takes time. Nutrition coaching is not a diet or a short term fix and therefore you need to be committed to making a change over months. By committing to the minimum term you are showing me you are serious and willing to  make a change.

 

Will you give me a meal plan?

No, I do not give out meal plans for a couple of reasons. Meal plans should only be prescribed by registered Dieticians. Also they are not sustainable, once you stop using them you have not advanced your knowledge to understand what to eat and why you need to eat it. With nutrition coaching I aim to help you reach your goals by providing accountability and guidance but once you have reached your goal giving you the knowledge to lead a healthier lifestyle afterwards.
