Who is it for?
Sports Massage is suitable for almost anyone of any age, for people who are active or sedentary. Along with athletes, office workers are some of the most common clients due to the time sat at a desk and the amount of tension that builds in the upper back.
Do I need to complete a medical questionnaire?
It is important to ensure massage is suitable and safe for you to have, as some medical and health conditions can mean this is not the best thing for you. Therefore you will be required to fill in a short health questionnaire prior to your first treatment. Checks are then followed up at each appointment to check on any medical changes.
This is done prior to your first massage and takes around 5 minutes.
How often should I have a sports massage?
This is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have, your commitments and money. It also depends on the purpose of the massage. Regular maintenance massages are recommended around every 4 weeks, however if you are recovering from an injury this could be weekly/fortnightly with the idea to increase the time between sessions as your recovery progresses.
How can I pay?
You can book and pay through the link above, which allows payment from all major debit/credit cards.
